The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and the pool, and close to several restaurants and stores. The home provided beach chairs, wagon and several other beach toys. The pool area was large and plenty of lounge chairs. The house was very spacious for 11 people, and we never felt crowded.

This is a beautiful home, however it could use a little TLC. There are things broken in the house such as the closet doors in a bedroom. The chairs at the breakfast bar and kitchen were in disrepair. The patio doors wouldn’t lock, and the chairs on the main patio could use cushions as they were terribly uncomfortable. There also seemed to be electrical issue throughout the home. There were outlets that didn’t work, lights and TV in game room would randomly go on and off, and the smaller master bedroom had a ceiling fan that would randomly stop working or the light would go on and off by itself. Even with these items it didn’t deter us from renting this home again. Overall it was a perfect place to stay.

We were satisfied to stay in this house, for a moment it felt like home.

It was nice house and our families had great time together. Great location.

It would be nice to have all of the dust cleaned from all over the house. And there a few things that were little damaged. There was no ice, the room where there are 4 beds built in was dirty.
