The apartment is located in a nice location on a quiet street, it is large and spacious. Overall rating 8/10.
To be a perfect ten the carpentry needs to be renovated because it is very old, the furniture in the apartment is quite worn out. There is a smell of dampness in the basement where the kitchen is.

Confortable estancia en buena ubicación però edificio algo ruidoso
La ubicación y las instalaciones y todo lo que había en él (utensilios de cocina, baño, plancha…)
Un ruido excesivo del apartamento de al lado y la cisterna del baño vecino sonaba como una catarata. La cocina en el sótano con difícil acceso y humedad y muchos insectos

La ubicación era increíble, muy cerca del centro pero alejado a la vez de todo el murmullo de gente. El barrio muy bonito y seguro. La casa era muy grande con todo lo necesario. Milena estaba pendiente del teléfono para cualquier duda.
No como crítica pero si como consejo quizás cerraría la ducha con una mampara para que no se saliera el agua. Por lo demás todo perfecto.
