    Worth every penny

    Room and View I booked a Deluxe Sea View room, and waking up to the bay was worth every penny. My only concern was the carpet: I am not a fan of carpeting, and this one felt very rough on the skin. The hotel does provide shoes for walking around, and the carpet begins at the room entrance. The breakfast was amazing many options to choose from in a very nice atmosphere. Location and Service The hotel is beautiful, very well located, and set in a neighborhood I loved. Grab rides are easy to arrange and reasonably priced, making it convenient to get around. The entire staff is also very welcoming.

    Steam Room Unfortunately, the steam room did not work during my visit. I spent 30 minutes there, but nothing happened, so the experience was disappointing.

    I will definitely recommend my friends and family members to consider staying here

    During checkout, I left a message with the front desk requesting a call from the General Manager, as I wished to share my positive experiences during my stay. Unfortunately, I never received a call, which was disappointing. I hope the hotel will pay greater attention to guest feedback and make every guest feel valued and appreciated.

    Amazing location and comfort during our stay

    Very good location close to restaurant and shopping mall was down the road when other amenities were needed.

    Breakfast was too crowded at the time we went on first day but well managed by the staff. Adjust your time for the meal if you don’t like crowded places.
