Casa molto confortevole
Nella casa c'è a disposizione praticamente tutto. Situato al 2 piano di un condominio di recente costruzione con ascensore e parcheggio privato all'interno dello stabile chiuso da un cancello elettrico. Di fronte ampio parcheggio gratuito. Ottima posizione vicino a ogni servizio negozi supermercati. A pochissimi minuti dal mare.

Piso bastante amplio con todas las comodidades para tu estancia, lo que más nos gustó fue que nos dejaron un kit para la playa y todo lo necesario para el día a día. Anfitrión maravilloso, el piso estaba bastante amplio y cuenta con aire acondicionado tanto en el salón como en la habitación. También cuenta con parking y aún así hay bastante aparcamiento en la calle. 100% recomendable!!

Tutto perfetto!
Appartamento al secondo piano con ascensore in zona residenziale dotato di tutti i confort e perfettamente accessoriato di tutto. Host gentilissimo. Posizione comoda per raggiungere anche coi mezzi pubblici come ho fatto io alcune delle più belle spiagge del Golfo di Quartu (Mari Pintau, Kal e Moru, Geremeas, Solanas, Poetto, ecc...). Consigliatissimo.Per chi volesse spostarsi in scooter o auto è disponibile un posto auto interno al cortile condominiale. A disposizione degli ospiti senza supplemento biancheria da letto e da bagno, ombrellone, sedietta portatile e materassino gonfiabile per la spiaggia.

Great value for money
The air con was the best thing for me in the summer. And all the ameneties needed for a comfortable stay including washing machine.
Lack of Wifi may be an issue sometimes. Also not many buses late in the night.
