    The location for walking into town or down to the lake is easy. The kitchen is fairly modern and clean. The fridge/freezer is excellent. The location of a supermarket within a few minutes walk is a bonus.

    The crockery was dated and some of it had cracks. The espresso cups looked good but with cracks were not very nice. A little more up to date decor and furniture might help make this apartment a stronger seller. Parking on the street was the only option according to the rules, the parking within the perimeter should be negotiated with the other residents. Did not understand their waste disposal system.

    It does not offer comfort for a peaceful stay.

    The location is the strong point of this house, as is the cleanliness.

    Negative points are several, extremely hot house, there are 5 people of us, we had a lot of trouble falling asleep. The mattresses sink because they are so soft and weak. The wi-fi internet doesn't work.
