    Magical!

    We had a wonderful time at Gweda lodge. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. It almost felt like we were alone in the reserve. Donald and Jac were the true ‘ icing on the cake’. Lots of thanks to them for their incredible service and lovely food. Donald made our son’s 21st birthday extra special with a birthday cake that was truly delicious. We took Donald’s advice and rented the game vehicle that comes with the house to drive around the reserve. It was brilliant! We were lucky enough to see most of the ‘ big 5’; elephant, rhino, buffalo, impalas, warthogs and even giraffes in the garden of the lodge! The advice to visit the Boschpoort predators on the last day of our visit was spot on.

    Superb

    The lodge is as in the pictures, gorgeous and comfortable. All amenities were great. We had Donald and Jaqcui assist with EVERYTHING. The LaFera team was amazing as well coordinating our picnic and game drive.

    Value for money! Beautiful home!

    Everything was exceptional. Chef Donald was a great chef (and host)! He and Jacquline took such great care of us. The house met all our expectations and the game drive was the cherry on top! Will definitely be recommending this lodge to family and friends!
