    Mooie lokatie, zeer ruim appartement.

    Lokatie dicht aan haven met supermarkt en leuke horeca.

    Grote glaswand op zuidkant. Geen airco en dus erg warm. Ramen konden slechts geopend worden op een kier. Volledige open stand werd geblokkeerd door de rails van de gordijnen.

    I thought the location was fantastic and the views over the ocean were great

    The property was a little tired in places. A few things were broken, a few things were stained with a little bit of maintenance it would make it exceptional.

    Die Lage&Aussicht ist umwerfend

    Übernahme/Zugang am Wochenende komisch über die Lobby/Portier, die nicht involviert werden sollte ? Die Ausstattung (App. #145) benötigt Reparaturen (Teppiche mit deutlichen Flecken, Kabelkanäle offen/nicht schliessbar, nicht vorhandene Jalousien) App. #145 hat keine Klimaanlage, obwohl in der Beschreibung aufgeführt
