    I was not able to stay at all at the facility because I was not able to access it and noone was available to help me sort it out. I could add a lot more details (like the fact that I reached the location after traveling form Europe for almost 48 hours and that I had to pay a lot more last moment for finding another solution) but onw of the main facts which bother me is that in the Booking.com criteria the 24/7 reception filter was used and it is not trues that this facility offers such a service at all...!! I should be refunded for the whole amount, I am having a hard time to obtain that and if Booking.com is not able to help I believe I will be using more different providers.

    Our wonderful second stay.

    This was our second stay at H&H, and they exceeded our expectations once again. Everything was absolutely perfect. There's no need to worry about toiletries because they provide a comprehensive selection, including conditioner. They even included a projector in a room with a Netflix account. We will undoubtedly book again in the future. Thank you, H&H!
