    It was central to everything... What i didnt like? Was the muggyness! I could not wait to return back to the hotel room. 16 degrees all night, Otherwise we wouldntve been able to sleep. Thank you to Alex and Sebastian for your hospitality

    Excellent service at this very comfortable, relaxed boutique hotel. Kathy helped us a lot with booking tours and advice on how to get the most out of our stay. Street-view rooms are not too noisy. Other rooms have little natural light. Good breakfast buffet.

    The hotel was amazing! Located pretty central of Hanoi, old quarter. A lot of places are walkable and the museums are only 10-15 mins drive. The rooms were great and spacious! The beds were comfortable and overall neat. Alex did an amazing job making sure we got the best deals with day tours (I recommend booking with them). Lin was amazing at providing recommendations around the area from top spots for picture taking to niche food that locals enjoy. All staff were amazing and went above and beyond during our stay. We picked up takeout on a rainy evening and the Bellboy even ran out to shield us with an umbrella! Thanks H Hotel, until next time.
