    Good stay, quiet and convenient to Beech Mtn

    The property was quiet and we enjoyed that the most! The outside decks were nice and the floor plan was good. It was also good having 2 bathrooms.

    Cobwebs and spiders on multiple ceiling areas. The parking filled up quickly with other guests. The master bed was squeaky and the sheets wouldn’t stay on. No book or sheet posted with rental details. (WiFi password, check out time, etc)

    I received a text at 1046 stating our house was ready.When I got there a man met me at the door and said you are supposed to check in at 4.I told him I had received a text from Denise that the room was ready.Then a lady named Teresa came to the door.The gentleman went in and put a dog on the back porch.Teresa said she was Denise friend and that they were staying there.She said the sheets were drying and would I be able to get the towels out of the dryer later.I said no.I had paid $488 and this was my vacation and I did not feel comfortable doing that.I had been on the road and ask if I please could use the bathroom.Teresa kindly said yes.At no time did I check into the house.We ask for a full refund but was only given 202$.I felt like the house was never professionally cleaned and no special cleaning for a dog in the house.This was of course very upsetting and added an additional cost.I really would like Denise to do the right thing and refund the remaining balance.

    Awesome location and will do the trick every time!

    The location is great for little ones and short days being so close to the slopes!

    Kitchen is a little tight for helping hands.
