    terrible. The receptionist ruined my entire business trip.

    nothing special

    I booked two double rooms and two single rooms through booking.com. However, the front desk staff insisted that all rooms were single rooms, demanded extra fees, and were extremely rude and evasive. If they were all single rooms, why were there different prices for the same room type? This was incredibly unprofessional, impatient, and unwilling to resolve the issue. They even claimed that out of 200 guests that day, only I had a problem, so the responsibility was mine? This wasn't an isolated incident; I suspect there's a problem with the hotel's training and instruction. This is the worst experience I've ever had at H2 Hotel. I will never choose this hotel again. I came here for business, not to suffer.
