    Morgan and Francis made my night, they were proffessional, very caring and outgoing individuals. I’ve traveled to 100’s of hotels and they really made my bad day into a positive one.

    A deeply disappointing stay - misleading booking (potential scam) and poor hygiene

    I booked a Deluxe Double Room via Booking.com, but upon arrival the hotel informed me that no such rooms were available unless I paid an additional €150. I felt pressured to accept this surcharge just to get the type of room I had already booked. Browsing through the reviews I realized I am not the only who have been in this situation. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. The room was not clean (stains on the carpet and windows), and I even found cockroaches — I have photos as proof. Despite reporting this to reception, the cleaning service never came unless I asked every single day. Overall, I felt misled by the booking information, overcharged, and extremely disappointed by the cleanliness and service. I sincerely hope Booking.com and the hotel review their standards to prevent this happening to other guests.
