It was relatively quiet. It felt safe. I had everything I needed. Good value for the money. Decent location.
It is technically in ciudad colonia but you have to walk about 3 blocks to get to the nicer area. It could have been cleaner. The walls were pretty dirty. The shower was a bit awkward. It is just hanging from the wall by the toilet so the whole bathroom gets wet when you shower. Check in and check out instructions were not provided.

Avoid at all costs. Threats on WhatsApp after bad review
UPDATE: I was also threatened by the host on WhatsApp after my review despite never meeting him and he stated false claims about having guests that I did not have along with threats of a lawsuit...? Not worth the headache book somewhere else. They entered my room while I wasn't there ! nobody to greet me on my arrival, it's like an Airbnb but I had to wait outside for 8 minutes so someone would show me the entrance of the building in an aller. difficult to find, if you don't already have a sim card or wifi you can't call them, difficult check in, smelled cigarette from the neighbor, I was out of air-con one night, fan very loud, they didn't give me a receipt for my payment, utensils but no microwave, second story, floor is cracked, and toilet is placed at an uncomfortable position. Could hear loud music until late at night so there is a nightclub nearby.
