Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cabin was very clean and cute. Lazy river short course but very nice. The Place has a good size pool. Restaurant’s dinner food a bit pricey but was delicious. Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay a fun and safe place to enjoy as tour guides are present in the Cenote, lazy river all the time. Thanks to everyone in San Ignacio.

Demasiado alto el precio para lo que se obtienen.
Habia construccion en el lugar. A las 3am se rompio una tuberia de agua junto a la habitación y habia un gran chorro. Nadien respondio en recepcion y no hubo forma de vallar el ryido quebprivoco la gean fuente que la fuga hacia. Tratan de hacer bien las cosas pero con conocimientos empíricos. No ha habido u a capacitación en cuanto a hospefaje y servicio al cliente.

Casi en todos los aspectos se esfuerzan en brindar la mejor estancia a sus huéspedes, sin embargo hubo dos temas que en lo particular no me gustaron Uno, el baño de la habitación estaba en pésimas condiciones, la regadera muy mala y el wc estaba tapado!! Dos, tome un café y un agua de la mesa de la habitación y en el Check out me lo cobraron muy muy muy caro, la actitud de la chica de recepción al preguntarle porque el precio fue muy grosera
