    Terrible

    Terrible experience — would not recommend Our stay was extremely unpleasant. After travelling for around 24 hours, we arrived at approximately 1:00 a.m. and were immediately shouted at by the host for arriving late, which was very uncomfortable. We were then told that despite the property having air conditioning and temperatures being around 35°C, we could not use it unless we paid an additional €8 per day in cash. As we were staying for 14 days, we had little choice but to pay. Even then, we were told we could only use the air conditioning for two hours, which was unreasonable for a family of four in such heat. The bedding was also inadequate, with only thin bedsheets and no proper quilts. We also found cockroaches in the bathroom, which was unacceptable. Throughout the stay, the host was argumentative, confrontational and rude, including repeatedly shouting at us and creating unnecessary issues over parking. Overall, we felt unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout our stay. The extra charges, air-conditioning restrictions, poor bedding, hygiene issues and the host’s behaviour made this a very disappointing experience. We would not recommend this property, especially for families.

    Fantástico

    Todo muy limpio y muy acogedor, a la vez que práctico. La urbanización está muy bien y muy cómoda.

    Great will probably stay again.

    The location is great, the pools and gardens are well kept. The beds are hard and comfortable. The air con works well. The hosts are very accommodating and helpful. There is a new walk way along the beach to Costalita.

    Nothing really all good.
