The property is absolutely beautiful, the staff very helpful, and the breakfast delicious!
The only drawback was climbing all those stairs to our room! There are rooms on lower floors that are also beautiful. I confess I didn't think of asking about the stairs 🤪

Beautiful romantic stay at Hacienda Las Amantes
Hacienda Las Amantes is a beautiful historic Stone building, with expensive grounds and secret nooks to hang out in. It is very special and unlike anything you would come across in the United States. We loved the views from the terrazas, and the staff were so sweet and accommodating. We had to leave earlier in the morning to catch a flight and they served us breakfast earlier so that we would be able to eat. I also left my jacket on one of the sofas in the living room and the next morning it was folded and sitting on the desk for me to pick up. We highly recommend this hotel and will be back.

We will definitely return the next time we go to San Miguel!
The property was stunning and the staff was very attentive. The rooms were comfortable and the beds were wonderful after a long day of walking and exploring. We also really enjoyed our breakfasts every morning

A magical small hotel with beautiful vistas and a brilliant location.
Loved the atmosphere and the care with which the property is maintained. Every vista and room was beautiful and the artworks were so interesting. Staff were friendly and our room was always cleaned and done early in the day.
The overhead shower was difficult if you didn't want to get your hair wet so either change to a slide bar shower which is much more "women friendly" or provide shower caps. Breakfast was great (especially the coffee) but because no one speaks English, it would have been helpful if the English menu had described what the menu item was instead of just giving it an English name.
