Eine `Wohlfühl-FeWo unmittelbar am Innenhafenbecken in dieser wunderschönen Stadt.
Die FeWo verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und ein WoZi direkt am Hafenbecken. Die FeWo ist wunderbar lichtdurchflutet und keineswegs mit Mobiliar überladen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht- gerade wenn man gerne kocht. Der Weg in die Innenstadt ist über eine Fußgängerbrücke in 5 Minuten zu machen. Ein zur FeWo gehörender Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Uns hat es nicht gestört ; man sollte aber wissen, dass die Bahntrasse in unmittelbarer Nähe verläuft und rund um die Uhr entsprechend laute Geräusche zu hören sind.
Die oberlehrerhafte Hausordnung - aber die ist für eine Eigentümergemeinschaft in diesem Land wohl üblich.
