    the room itself was ok

    I was surprised that the reception staff insisted on a copy of my e-Visa at check-in. Even hotels and resorts of a much higher standard do not required this for registration, and it has never happened to me before or after this stay. This document is primarily for immigration purposes, and many nationalities are visa exempt for stays of up to 45 days. It’s something the hotel staff may not always be aware of, so there is possibility that you may waste your time and maybe nerves when communicating this. Overall, the check-in process felt unnecessarily unwelcoming.

    MAGNIFIQUE SURPRISE

    I agree with everyone who wrote a 5-star review. I just spent 7 nights here and frankly, I plan to return to this hotel next year. The staff, whether at reception, in the dining room, or in housekeeping, are incredibly friendly and always available if you need anything. They are all so kind and efficient. The breakfast is varied and excellent. You can also have lunch and dinner. It's very well located, right on the seafront, with a magnificent view. We'll definitely be back!

    There is some noise on the beach, under the rooms, when there are group physical activities with fairly loud music, but this is not the hotel's fault.
