Fantastic stay!
Fantastic stay! I had one of the private rooms with a shared bathroom on the top floor. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities were SUPER clean, guests all behaved nicely, and there was a massive kitchen for everyone to share. Overall a warm, inviting, modern, and lovely vibe to the place. Just to note - parking on the premises is $15, but they had suggestions for nearby street parking.
1) The elevator was broken, meaning I had to lug my heavy suitcase up and down three flights of stairs, and 2) the bed was very uncomfortable. The linens/pillows were nice and comfy, but I could feel the coils in the mattress itself. It did not lend a good night's sleep.

Okay
Beds are comfy and provide privacy with the curtains. Very big kitchen capable of fitting in many people cooking. Spacious lounge area too and just across the road from the lake. Staff is overall helpful and pleasant.
I am not usually someone who complaints, but toilets could have been cleaner and some of them had sinks that are honestly too small even to brush your teeth. Some washing machines and driers are filled with residuals from other guests laundry. People gets loud in the kitchen drinking, and goes around during the night even late, so if you are not looking for a “party” hostel, I would say this is not for you.

It was super clean, nice and comfortable.
I just had a bad with no curtain directly next to the loud door, it was okay, but it could have been better
