This is the best place I’ve stayed in Armenia; the host was incredibly friendly and patient, and even gave us recommendations for supermarkets and restaurants. The house was spotless and tidy, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. The bathroom facilities were excellent, though the hot water was occasionally a bit inconsistent. The heating was powerful at night, so we didn't feel cold at all.
The hot water supply is occasionally inconsistent.

great location. quiet neighborhood. pretty good internet. host added some items to the kitchen on my request which helped me feel more comfortable.
host could have been more accommodating. I asked him to register my stay, which is a basic request but he was very adamant about not doing it.
