  Spacious, clean property matched the description. Great living space to hang out. Lock up garage was a bonus. The staff were helpful and came to open the door when we locked ourselves out.

  The location was very convenient for the ropeway station and the historical church area, though visiting spots like Goryōkaku Fort or the Morning Market requires a car or a bus. The apartment is definitely best suited for guests traveling with a vehicle.

  Check-in process was quite frustrating. Because the property is unmanned, we relied on remote support. The four-digit code provided via email did not work for the exterior door. Messaging responses were slow, and at times we received no response at all. We eventually had to make an international call using an US phone to resolve the issue. The operator provided several codes that failed before the exterior door finally opened with an "emergency code." Once inside, we completed the check-in on the tablet, but the code generated for our interior door also failed to work. In total, getting inside took over an hour. I am sharing this experience to emphasize that a remote management system needs to function seamlessly to avoid creating a stressful experience for arriving guests.

  設備の充実した良いお宿だと思います！

  ロケーションがよかったです。 夜にロープウェイへのアクセスが徒歩ですんだのは助かります。 その他、赤レンガ倉庫や港、神社、旧函館区公会堂その他施設へのアクセス性もよく、徒歩で散策したい人にはいいと思います。地図からは分かりませんでしたが、周辺は実際にはかなりの坂で石畳の場所もあるので、足の悪い人は要注意です。

  ゴミの分別をお願いされていましたが、地域の分別がわからないのでとりあえず燃えるごみとプラスチックを分けてきましたが、すでに区別されたゴミ箱があれば分かりやすく、もっと助かりました。（お部屋の雰囲気を考えて設置されていないのかとも思いましたが）
