A Very Unique Experience! Worth the price!
A very unique property in a very beautiful area of Japan! There are features here, wood stove, private onsen etc you won’t find at other hotels or yokans in Japan.

当初の宿泊予定金額と比べて+13万円の料金を支払わなければならかった
広く綺麗な部屋でした。
こちらのミスが原因ですが、当初の予定金額より13万円も多く支払わなければならなくなり大きな痛手を負ってしまった。今回の旅行は新婚旅行という目的だったので奮発してここを選び大変楽しみにしていた旅行だったのですが非常に残念な気持ちで旅行へ向かう結果となってしまいとても悲しかったです。出発まで時間がなかったので13 万円多く支払っても宿泊先を変えることはなかったですが、同じ金額を払うならほかの場所を探すべきだったかもしれません。予約時に宿泊先へ電話して事情を説明し、なんとか同じ金額での支払いにはできないか依頼をかけたのですが「できません」の一点張りで、詳しい理由も特にありませんでした。こちらの宿泊を予定するときはもしかしたら記載の金額よりも多くの支払いを求められる可能性も考えて予約する事をおすすめします。

A special shout out to KC & the entire staff for their amazing service friendliness. They were Ichiban!
Our accommodations exceeded expectations. The staff were exceptional, courteous & patient with good English skills. The breakfasts were awesome. Last but not least, the hot spring onsen was fantastic.
The resort is in a remote location & our villa was located far from the front desk & on-site dining options. But the staff were readily available with golf carts to take us to & from our lodging. We used GO & Uber for excursions.
