    The staff were incredible, very friendly and helpful. Having an onsen in the room has great, we could just pop into it when we wanted. The food was really nice, and with 2 meals included it was great value

    Gorgeous stay and tranquil location.

    Adorable hotel, very tranquil setting and staff were very accommodating

    I dont like seafood so struggled with the meal they put on for us, it was beautiful and im sure others who like seafood would love it.

    It's a fantastic place to relax and have a proper rest. The location is very picturesque, the views from the balcony are breathtaking. The shuttle service is very useful - as well as the directions of how to reach the right station. The dinner and breakfast were both fabulous. Private onsen was so good and spacious! I also loved all the small things the hotel provided, like skincare set, yukatas, etc. It was a perfect experience.

    The room feels a little old and could use some renovation. The ceilings and walls are a bit dirty, like from water damage. But this doesn't take away the beautiful experience.
