The listing advertised 7 beds, but the actual sleeping arrangements were only 3 full-size beds, 1 sofa, and 3 comforters laid directly on the floor—not proper futons as expected. I feel the listing was misleading about the sleeping arrangements. On the positive side, the location is convenient, close to the shopping area, and within easy walking distance of a bus stop. The surrounding neighborhood also has some nice features. Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the floor or ground inside the house, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably or even stay in the house for an extended period. Despite the convenient location, the sleeping arrangements and persistent odor significantly affected our overall experience.

東西一應俱全，地點離箱根開車還需30分鐘左右。
三人房的地板太硬，地舖如果可以換厚一點，睡起來會比較舒服。

Great for a bigger group - we were a 7 and it was perfect
i liked how it looked like, the futons were a vibe it was a calm neighbourhood very clean
