    Disappointed

    Nothing

    We are extremely disappointed with our stay at this accommodation. We are vegetarians, something the hotel staff were aware of at the latest upon our arrival, when we were asked about our dinner preferences. Nevertheless, it was apparently impossible to provide us with a vegetarian breakfast, even though suitable vegetarian ingredients were available from the previous evening. To make matters worse, the receptionist did not speak English, so we had to communicate with another staff member via FaceTime. Unfortunately, this person also spoke very poor English, was unfriendly, and showed absolutely no willingness to find a solution. We were essentially told that we simply had to accept the situation. Considering the high price of this hotel, such a lack of service, flexibility, and hospitality is even more unacceptable. We have been travelling internationally at least five or six times a year for over 20 years and have stayed in countless hotels around the world. Unfortunately, this hotel ranks among the worst accommodations we have ever experienced. Overall, a deeply disappointing experience that falls far below the standards one should reasonably expect at this price level.

    心と体があたためられて、友情深まる湯の花滞在

    スタッフの方みなさん、とても気持ちよく接客してくださったので、楽しい滞在になりました。 ここからは箇条書きで 　・送迎の車はすぐに来てくださった 　・夕食も朝食も適量でおいしかった 　・ビールのグラスがとても素敵だった(ジョッキじゃなくてよかった！) 　・温泉はいい湯加減だった　・露天風呂がとても気持ちよかった

    建物がちょっと複雑な作りなので、お年を召した方が迷子のようになっていた。「→フロント」のような案内をもう少し増やしたらよいかも。
