  真夏にエアコンがないとかありえない

  箸がない トングがない バーベキューグリルの火力が激弱 1階にエアコンがない 隣が工事中で朝の早くから夜の遅くまで騒音がひどい 建物の前は細されていなく砂利道で汚れる

  Winter Wonderland - we loved it! Thankyou

  Beautiful house Very well equipped Loved the drying room Heated floors which we could adjust WhatsApp chat for any questions Twice weekly Shopping trip Spotlights in the first at night Comprehensive information provided regarding nearest shuttle and restaurants.

  Perhaps location was a teeny bit far from echo land town when walking with ski gear and kids to shuttle buses and supermarket. Would hire a car next time.

  Outstanding location and facilities

  The location is outstanding and views from each room special especially as it was snowing in December.

  The beds were very firm and could benefit from mattress toppers. A selection of pillows, pyjamas and slippers would also be beneficial. Surprised that there was no dishwasher or knives which was perplexing.

  Exceptional

  Loved this not so little chalet hidden amongst the snowy trees. An easy walk to restaurants & a short drive to a huge choice of excellent mountain ski slopes - we will be back!

  Perfect

  The hosts were extremely helpful, they helped a group of 6 get to the house with all our luggage. Hiroko even stopped at a convenience store so we could pick up what we needed. The house itself was well equipped with perfect heating, comfortable beds, all the equipment you need in the kitchen, a laundry section with a full dryer. The views were just like in the photos. It was a great choice, we were super glad we chose this place. It was a good break on our otherwise busy trip through Japan.
