    If I was going to Hakuba again I would strongly recommend staying here. It was very westernised but still welcoming, fri

    The property was very clean, included breakfast was both filling and tasty, and the staff were amazing for the entire stay.

    Excellent hotel experience.

    Excellent location, close to food, ski rental and public transport. Large, warm, clean rooms. Great breakfast and recreation room. Free van transport to ski slopes.

    Owner was very friendly as was all staff, great location and comfy room. Shuttle to the snow every morning and was able to pick us up and drop us off at Hakuba station with no issues.
