  また利用したいと思います。

  オーナーは外国人の方で日本語は話せませんでしたが、パートナーの女性がフォローをしてくれたおかげで、 スムーズに過ごせました。 残念ながら、宿泊した3日間とも雨でしたが、雨どいがありBBQはできました。

  Cozy apartment with chilled vibes and amazing service

  -Staff were incredible, Huge shout out to Riley who made us feel welcome & assisted us with lifts into town / grocery shopping. He was professional and super friendly -A super cozy apartment, perfect for a small group. Very homey, not fancy but felt just nice -full laundry , kitchenette & access to the Hakuba Matata Lodge which also includes a bar serving drinks, snacks and breakfast if you swing by -close to bus stops to ski slopes, 15 min walk to Echoland strip which has restaurants / shops -well heated during winter with multiple room heaters

  -the drains in the bathroom had a strange smell which was constant throughout the trip, though not bad enough to complain about. But noticeable every time you walked into the room -cleanliness was quite good though there were some things missed such as rubbish under some furniture / hard to reach areas in the bathroom / kitchen not being cleaned properly & heater in the lounge being full of lint -the heaters do make constant noise and the heaters for the rest of the lodge make noise also. It took us a moment to adjust to sleeping with the sound -pretty far from grocery stores, you will either need to call a cab or grab a lift from one of the staff which can be a bit of a pain (though we had no issues) no basic goods like coffee / tea / milk provided in kitchen, so just extra things to think about once there.
