L’exterior i la piscina
Casa molt acollidora i amb una part exterior molt agradable. Això sí, presenta una manca d’higiene (matalassos de les gandules bruts, teranyines i brutícia als racons) falta d’estris de cuina, un rotlle de paper, una tovallola per cap per a una setmana de lloguer, sense aire condicionat, no té cafeteres de tipus Nespresso o Dolce Gusto i no disposa de pàrquing particular, s'ha d'aparcar al carrer i no hi ha un espai per guardar bicicletes o altres estris similars. Però el més important a valorar si es busca intimitat, i per això cal EVITAR 100% AQUESTA OPCIÓ, és que la propietària viu al pis de dalt de la casa i està les 24 h del dia controlant el que es fa i es deixa de fer a l'habitatge de lloguer (inclòs fotografiar els cotxes que s’aparquen al carrer de davant el domicili) fins al punt que ens han retingut 126 € de la fiança perquè 2 persones, amics de la família, vinguessin a dinar un dia.
