  First class accommodation and excellent staff 1010

  Excellent place in the hills with a great staff who look after you very well. Food is great and very clean. Bed was soft and had a great nights sleep. Highly recommended worth the effort to come and stay for a few days and relax .. dean uk

  Subpar and terrible

  Unfortunately, only one thing- the food they cooked for us for dinner was very good and fresh.

  It was a deeply disappointing experience. We heard about this place on Google as a quiet and pastoral spot with a view of a beautiful lake. When we arrived, we realized you couldn't see the lake from the resort at all. The whole site was a construction zone, and we were completely alone there. Even though we had a confirmation via Booking.com, it seemed like they were surprised to see us and didn't really know how to accept us. They didn't speak English and couldn't communicate very well even with Google Translate, which made things very difficult. The room was very small and had a strong moldy smell. It wasn't clean, especially the sheets and the floor, which was disgusting. At night, the breaker tripped, so we had no electricity all night!! Completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the part of the lake near the resort was smelly and dirty. On top of everything, the room rate was very high compared to other places in Vietnam and definitely not worth the quality provided. It was beneath contempt. We are sure nobody meant any harm, but this place is simply not prepared to host guests, and the area is not worth visiting compared to other places in Vietnam. It looks nothing like the pictures!

  Kayaking at sunset was a highlight for us. The light reflecting on the water and mountains created beautiful colors. The experience felt quiet and intimate. It was perfect for travelers who enjoy calm outdoor activities. Everything was greattttt <3

  Our family loved how easy it was to join lake tours without long travel. The boat pier located right below the retreat saved time and effort. Cruising across the reservoir gave us wide open views and fresh air. It felt convenient and enjoyable.
