    Superbe chalet

    Chalet moderne, propre, spacieux, décoré avec goût, très bien équipé, literie confortable. L'accès au billard, spa, sauna et piscine extérieure (encore chauffée mi octobre) est un vrai plus, tout était magnifique !

    On ne connaît le detail des "frais additionnels" si on vient avec un animal QU'APRÈS avoir validé la réservation qui n'est pas remboursable, ce qui revient au fait de mettre devant le fait accompli. Donc petit sentiment de forcing sur ce sujet, d'autant que ces frais sont de 100$ par animal, ce que je trouve vraiment élevé comparé à ce que jai pu connaître dans d'autres hébergements où il est noté "Animaux admis". Par ailleurs, le jour J, jai du échanger longuement avec le personnel avant mon arrivée car ils m'indiquaient que le logement n'acceptait pas les animaux (erreur de leur part qui a fini par être reconnue après que j'envoie des screenshots prouvant ma bonne foi), ce qui provoque un stress inutile. Enfin, les details d'accès au logement n'ont été fournis qu'à lheure exacte du check in (16h) au lieu des 3h de notice annoncées. Un peu last minute !

    Exceptional

    The house is beautiful, comfortable and spotless. We enjoyed our stay so much and perfect for 5 adults. Quite , surrounded by nature. Its just a little too far from the attraction. 45 min away from Old Quebec. You have to have a car to get to the attraction and back. But over all its highly recommended.

    Feels like home

    We had a wonderful stay at Halte – Domaine du Grand-Portneuf! The chalet is modern, cozy, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, with clear instructions for accessing the property and everything very well organized. We experienced a couple of minor hiccups during our stay, but the support team was readily available and quick to assist, which we really appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this chalet to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!
