Really good stay and would definitely come again. Thank you ☺️
The hot tub is an excellent addition. Lots of facilities in the kitchen to be able to cook meals. Comfy sofas and very quiet.
The hot tub is a little far from the main house, so going in there on my own at night was a bit scary but the actual hot tub and room it’s in are very good.

Room for improvement
Thank you for allowing us an early check-in and late check-out. We really appreciated the flexibility.
I just wanted to give you some honest and constructive feedback about our stay. The house itself is modern, spacious, and has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, we felt that the cleanliness and overall hygiene weren’t quite up to scratch, which was disappointing. When we arrived, we noticed quite large blobs of dust in two of the bedrooms, particularly noticeable on the flooring. One bedroom had carpet, while the 2 bedrooms had flooring. There was also visible dust on the kitchen lighting, the bathroom vent, and in the front room, as well as cobwebs around the property. The sofas were quite low, which made them a little uncomfortable, and the TV was mounted quite high, making it difficult to watch comfortably from the sofas. There were also white marks all over the sofas, so they looked as though they could do with a thorough clean. The cushions provided on the sofas had a strong and unpleasant smell, which unfortunately meant we didn’t feel comfortable using them. The mop left in the hot tub area also had a very unpleasant odour and was noticeably rusty/discoloured. Although the hot tub itself was clean and fresh, the room it was in had a rather unpleasant smell, which made the area difficult to enjoy. We also found that there were only two toilet rolls provided for the five of us for a two-night stay. It would have been helpful to have a few extra rolls available. Similarly, only two robes were provided for the hot tub, despite there being a book of five. Having a robe available for each guest would have been much more convenient. There was also a small maintenance issue during our stay. One night, while we were sleeping, we heard a loud bang from the bedroom with the double bed. The door from the bottom shelf of the bedside table had fallen off. As the room has flooring rather than carpet, it made quite a loud noise and unfortunately disturbed all of us.

Great property. Hot tub was a fabulous bonus. Location was good to explore the surrounding areas.
