The villa’s maintenance is poor; responses from the management company always come a day late, and it feels like they’re doing you a huge favor just by answering. From missing basics like a mop and broom to broken lights making it impossible to sit comfortably in the yard at night it’s a far cry from the photos, where everything looks beautifully illuminated. The biggest letdown was that the representative who met us didn't even know the villa or how to operate the lights; they certainly knew how to collect the security deposit, though. On the day we left, they arranged to meet us for checkout, but no one actually showed up. We left the keys in the lockbox, and only after we were already on the plane did they message us to say they wouldn't be coming. It’s not what you’d expect from a host or a villa at this price. It’s a shame, because attention to the little things and a bit of care from the host could have made the vacation amazing; the location and potential are incredible.

Heerlijke familieweek, goed weer,
De ruimte, de complete inrichting, de architectuur, de onderhouden tuin. Bovendien ligt de lokatie dicht bij alle bijzonderheden.
De temperatuur van het zwembad en de kwaliteit van de hottub.
