    Dirty, frustrating experience. Listing photos inaccurate

    The king bed was nice.

    The photos of the listing are very misleading The place was filthy. Dirt and fluids on the floors and surfaces. The shower had various colours from grime and mold that wasn't cleaned. The cleaners, whom I spoke, didn't know where the broom and mop was stored. The toilet clogged multiple times a day. When I brought this to the attention of the owners, they didn't respond for over 8hrs. Ultimately, when they finally did respond, it was to give me insufficient directions to a utility room containing a plunger so that I could plunge the toilet. Which I had to do about 6 times over the course of my stay. The pool was half empty, filled with debris, and uncared for. The microwave was dirty and made whatever you put in it taste like burnt popcorn. The WiFi was so slow it was unusable. etc. etc. A ton of little things added up to make the stay extremely unpleasant.

    We won’t be coming back

    Spacious, main bed was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped.

    The toilet blocked on two occasions, the kitchen electrics had to be set, and the place looked worn

    For two women in their 70's, who traveled 10 hours on the road, the apartment was a nightmare!

    Good location for restaurants and groceries.

    Chirping smoke detector greeted us on arrival. Bed sheets were not clean. Toilet nearly over flowed and maintenance was not available until the next morning. We were forced to find toilet facilities elsewhere! We notified host that we cannot stay another night and moved to another hotel.
