    Location

    Freezer drawers were brokenu freezer door wouldn't close as was frosted up, could not use, sent email to host with photos on arrival but got no reply.

    Weekend in Windsor

    Well proportioned accommodation comfortable for 4 adults. Well equipped kitchen (missing a few essentials) Clean and comfortable Owner was responsive to messages - when booking.com platform got them through!

    There could have been a better description of the Access in the listing. Its not clear what floor the apartment is on nor that the access is not street level (follow up how to access email was superb!) I'd booked this as I was after town centre accom for a family member with mobility challenges. All was manageable but the pre-information might have been useful to help us plan. The kitchen is missing some basics like a slotted spoon for vegetables (we chose to cook in) and has a very limited number of tea spoons. Whilst the apartment was clean there was no way for us to clean up. No surface spray, cloths or even clean tea-towels. There were also no dishwasher tablets or cleaning materials for the bathrooms. The only other comment is that the head room on the bunk bed is very low for two fully grown adults to share the bottom bunk. In no way a deal breaker but all of these did present some challenges.

    Was so close to the castle and easy to get around. Host was brilliant. Lovely place to stay.
