    Fabulous hotel

    Location was excellent. Bed extremely comfortable. Great breakfast. Great shower and toiletries. Friendly staff.

    Husband didn't like the pillows (too soft). I thought they were perfect.

    The good location to the railway station and city centre. Great breakfast choices and plenty of seating. Clean rooms.

    £10 security fee, which apparently is refunded back when you check out. I asked what it was, but I've still no idea what it was for.

    Great location

    Average breakfast - we wondered whether booking.com people relegated to ug level - there were 4 groups of us placed on UG which was disappointing as we had a fixed frosted glass window - no view to outside and limited light. I hope booking.com clarifies this as I don’t recall this being specified when we booked
