Everything - room was comfy, spacious and bed was comfy. Location was ideal as was staying for a gig at Fat Sams which is 2 seconds away.

Breakfast was mediocre at best but wouldn't put me off staying again.

Great location, easy to get to bars and places within Dundee. Lovely staff, rooms and facilities are great. Great selection for breakfast

The bed was a little too firm and felt springy but still comfortable
