    All was perfect. All the stuff are helpful especially esma, Yusuf, sabri, zaynab, musamettin and ukkas. Rooms are really nice and comfortable and it requires some more cleaning. But all in all, the hotel is amazing.

    Disappointed

    Nothing

    My phone was stolen from my hotel room, where I am 100% certain it had been left on the table. Despite reporting the incident, the hotel management failed to resolve the issue or take any meaningful action. All I received were empty promises, followed by complete disregard for my concerns. I never imagined that something like this could happen at a hotel belonging to the Hilton brand. What is even more disappointing is the management’s unprofessional attitude and complete lack of accountability. They did not even offer a simple apology. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in the Hilton brand. I am extremely disappointed and would strongly advise others against staying at this hotel. Absolutely unacceptable service and treatment of guests.

    Staff was great and speak good English , very clean hotel and very close to the ferry and tram

    Very steep slope to reach the hotel but it is only few meters so it is not that bad
