    I arrived several hours earlier than the 3:00PM check-in time. Asked Stantasia, the person on the desk at the time whether it wouldd be possible to get an early check-in. She said that she would check to see if that could be arranged and that it may be about 30 minutes. Before we walked back to our vehicles, Santasia came out to tell us that yes early check-in was available and that our rooms were ready! We were quite pleased at how quickly early check-in and room availability were accomplished!!!! Would like to say a BIG "THANK YOU" to Stantasia for her

    Experienced some initial issues with making and confirming reservations. However, they were resolved and confirmed in the week before arrival.
