Fulfilling! Adequate breakfast spread for it being included in the price.
I liked that it was tucked away, it kept unwanted or unnecessary visitors away from the property. The location wasn’t inconvenient or too loud even when next to a highway!
Only the elevator. It was slow and one of them would get stuck at the very top and hold me in there for longer than necessary. For the remainder of my trip I used the elevator as little as possible.

Nice location. Quiet and friendly. Faith, the night clerk was excellent. She had such a welcoming smile! She had also been very helpful two nights before our stay when I realized I booked the wrong date. Didn't care for having to dial in to the national system to make that change. First try I actually was told they would not help me and hung up on me. G However my second try was more accommodating and willingly gave me the direct line to Birmingham, where I was greeted by Faith. Also could not figure out how to get the shower to work and could not make the keuric coffeemaker make coffee, even though we followed the directions on the machine. I told the front desk about it, probably just my age that got in the way. Do other visitors have trouble with these small issues? Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok but didn't eat until 8, so alot of the hot stuff was kinda dry and not very hot. Lots of choices. Coffee was very good. Overall though, would consider staying again.
Checkout was at 11 and must admit we waited until then to do so. Don't think the cleaning staff was too happy about having to wait. They knocked on the door at 8. Felt they didn't understand why we weren't leaving. If 11 checkout is a problem, then corporate needs to rethink the allowable time.

Will not return, didn't sleep well and the smoke was an major issue.
Receptionist was outstanding at check in!! Friendly and helpful. Room was decent, pillows were not great. Bathroom updated and nice. Breakfast food ok.
The smoking outside the entrance is AWFUL!!!! The smoke enters your lobby, it's a haze. Benches outside your door for everyone to congregate and smoke is terrible. I asked for a back side room, due to traffic noise. It was still terribly noisy. With earplugs at the checking, you obviously know this is a problem. Several guests were using their phones for work conference calls of which was hard to talk when their calls were blaring. One person was watching Utube videos on full blast!! Not a great atmosphere for sure.
