    A great hotel if they fix the elevators

    The hotel was fine. The only problem is the very slow elevator. They had two elevators, but only one was in use and it would take literally 10 minutes to catch an elevator. They need to fix the other elevator other than that the hotel was fine.

    Location, cleanliness.

    Reception staff has attitude. No customer service. Doesn't know how to direct customers to get the right shuttle from the airport. Shuttle has no sign of Hampton Inn, only Garden Inn by Hilton. I ended up waiting for more than an hour and missed 3 shuttles. She should have clearly describedit. .

    Perto do aeroporto, com transporte, bom para voos de trânsito

    Área industrial, melhor para quem está com carro, a pé fica longe de algum restaurante ou similar
