    Renovation is Needed ASAP

    Great location and wonderful staff!

    The hotel is old. It needs to be renovated. The carpet in the rooms smell like cigarette smoke and the furniture is old. The tub let water out very slowly, which sucks when showering.

    Bathroom had rotten tiles,Walls needs repairs, carpet dirty, difficult to get staff to clean( every other day they stated), no liners in trash can,breakfast late and options were either old or limited.

    Not as Promised

    Parking was convenient. Beds were comfortable.

    “Hearing accessible” room was not accessible. Shower was inside a regular tub, not walk-in as requested. Toilet stool was low enough to be for a child. Had to “beg” the maid to clean the room because we had kept the do not disturb sign on the door while we ate breakfast in the hotel, came up immediately after. We left the room shortly thereafter, with one more night to stay. The maid was cleaning the room across the hall, literally. When we said that the room was ready to be cleaned, she said we had missed our chance; it would not be cleaned. I had to say I would check withe the manager. Only then did she agree to clean the room.
