    Pleasant

    Staff was great

    When we arrived they said our reservations had been canceled at 1pm. We had booked through Booking.com. Booking.com said they didn't cancel our room so they want talking to the front desk. We did get a room so I'm not sure where the mixup was but we had not canceled the room. They did have a room for us, but it was kind of stressful.
