  Poorly kept and rundown

  Breakfast was consistent with all Hampton Inns.

  The room was very shabby, hooks in the wall with no pictures hanging on them, window shade what is permanently lowered and inoperable so the room was very dim, and no natural light came in. Nothing at all like the normal stays at Hampton Inn that I’ve had in the past.

  Disgusting bathroom

  We have stayed at this location many times in the last four years. The condition of this hotel and its rooms has dropped tremendously in the last couple of years. We checked out this morning after a 2 day stay and it will be our last stay. Our bathroom was disgusting. There were large mildew stains on the wall by the tub. There was a shelve that was detaching from the wall. The bathroom smelled like a mixture of mildew and bleach. We had to shut our bathroom door at night because the toilet had the sound of dripping water. I should have taken pictures. It was room 116 for reference if management sees this review. Lastly, I have noticed in our travels that this particular hotel is the only Hilton hotel that does not acknowledge their guests that are Gold members. I know that doesn’t make me special & I am not looking for special treatment but every other hotel will give you a water if you want one at check in. It’s a small gesture and just a thing I have noticed about this location.

  Carpet was wet, like there was a plumbing leak. The shower had only hot and scalding hot water, no cold water at all. Because of the water issues, I was not able to take a shower. Breakfast eggs contained cheese and i am deathly allergic to cheese therefore I didn't get breakfast.... never again will I stay at this location and I will not recommend this site

  Allergy alert- not to Hilton standards

  Allergy alert. They have only feather pillows. If you are allergic there are no other options. Also there was a musty smell coming from air conditioner. Cracks in the ceiling above the shower and water pressure was low. NOT Hilton standards. We booked two nights but checked out to a much better Home 2 Suites for the 2nd night. They get a 2nd star as they gave me some Hilton points for sleeping without pillows.
