    OVERPRICED.... Housekeeping more helpful than front desk!!!!

    Called ahead to make sure could use firestick. I was advised could use NOT THE CASE. Contacted Hilton customer service referred back to hotel no answer. Paid for a suite only difference was a partial sofa cushion need repair. The cost at Best Western would have been $50.00 less no firestick, staff said sorry. Filed a complaint with Hilton customer service, not expecting any response along with previous rewards missing from account. Front desk manager suppose to call about firestick no response so far.
