    The breakfast was good.

    The room was pretty and neat, but roaches came out while trying to sleep which was horrible. Afraid to sleep roaches crawling on the bed, walls, table with the phone, and bathroom. This was horrible. When reported the manager was great.

    Hampton Inn is NOT What it Used to Be!

    Location. Parking availability.

    Room 402... Roach in bathroom that I had to kill. Toilet paper roll support nearly falling off the wall. Missing caulk or mold in tub. Chipped fascia in elevator. All points to poor maintenance. Staff blocked hallway right in front of the elevators when leaving the next morning. That is the worst place to park their carts. They apologized, but still... Poor selection of TV channels. I will not stay at Hampton Inn in the future. This is my third visit at various locations over the past 4 years. All three had reasons to complain.
