Location good and room was clean but no hot water!

    Breakfast was OK

NO hot water! Shaved about 6:30 in lukewarm water… tried to shower about 9:30 in ALMOST lukewarm water! I reported it to front desk.

Overall everything was very good! Staff was very helpful, pleasant!

    It’s very clean, comfortable

A minor point. The shower spray was very weak and the shampoo/ conditioner didn’t come out.

Will not book a room there ever again

Was told that my reservation did not go thru had to get a hotel room at another hotel. The place was locked up tight when I got there. No one to talk to. But my bank account was charged for the room that I could not access.
