A good stay for a room that was somewhat overpriced for the Lockport area.

The breakfast was pretty good. I did like that they prepared "to-go" bags in case guests didn't have time to stop for breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean.

Most of the parking is in the rear of the building.

A tad pricy for one night. We did have fun and enjoyed the pool the whole time.

    Grand daughter loved the pool!

    No complaints.

    It was very pleasant

    The breakfast was fantastic

the bathroom door, the barn door looks great, but I didn't like the gap all the way around it.

It is ok place to stay, price is a little high

The location is near our family so we stay here often. The breakfast is ok. Rooms are ok.

The Desk reports issues with login, reservations, and errors. This issue started around 3:30 when we were checking in. They were able to manually assign a room after about 45 min of waiting. The main issue i had was the front desk called the room after 10 pm when we were sleeping requesting me to come to the front desk to complete paper work to check in. The coffee the last two times we have been there in the evenings is cold and stale. the rooms and lobby is starting to show age with little details like shelf on wall in room was hanging down, the elevator button plate was cracked and it has been that way for awhile.
