    Remember that the front desk represents a hotel's first impression.

    The location was great, the breakfast staff were very friendly, I like that parking was free.

    I arrived at 10:30pm, the guy at the front desk wasn't friendly at all, he was actually quite rude. My room only had 2 towels, even though there were 4 of us staying there. I went down to ask for more trying not to be a bother since it was late but the receptionist (the same guy) told me to go find someone else to get them for me, and he spoke to me with a bad attitude..

    NEED MORE "SMILING FACES"!!

    Loved the pillows and the bed.

    No one really greeted me and the staff didn't seem really interested in being at work. Just didn't feel the vibe of friendliness. More cheerful faces and Smiles would really Help.
