Be a little more cordial.
Location was good. Close to major highways and downtown.
Welcome was non existent. A simple hi, how are you today would have been great, We got " checking in"? He looked at me and said "Who are you?" Definitely disrespectful to woman. I have stayed at Hilton in Rome and received more respect. We have travelled all over Europe for years and have not received a more depressing welcome anywhere. Just because we are older does not mean we should be disrespected Also we asked for a Veteran's discount he said he could not give it to us. Thank you for your service Not. We will think twice before staying here again. This was our second time at this particular inn.
